Hi all<br />
I am starting my diet diary again from where I left 2 years ago. I decided to reduce my food portion to begin with and this helped me loose weight greatly. With the new year beginning, I have decided to eat very healthily, this means more vegetables and fruits and less carbs.<br />
The agenda: juicing and more juicing. Juicing fruits and raw vegetables. This is because I want to benefit from the inside to the outside. My focus, a more glowing skin, less kilos, stronger nails, and shinier hair.<br />
<br />
<b><u>19/01/2014 Diet</u></b><br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>I had a cup of tea and a bowl of weetabix before going to church.</li>
<li>After church, I prepared a smoothie comprising of banana, pawpaw, apple and pineapple which I put in the fridge for later.</li>
<li>For lunch, I had some spinach and prawn and noodle soup</li>
<li>Had some cashew nuts with a glass of wine</li>
<li>Drunk my smoothie for my snack</li>
<li>For dinner, I had chilli con cane which was quite heavy with another glass of wine.</li>
<li>A bottle of water later as I go to bed </li>
</ul>
Surely, was there much health in that diet today?? not that much but at least, I have been honest about it.!<br />
Looking forward to having more discipline from tomorrow and hope I can stick to it.<br />
That`s all folks, I`m now going to do some sit ups, lunges and squats.<br />
Will brief you more about my honest diet plan tomorrow.<br />

Hello 2014!<br />
This is the year I have marked to follow my diet plan to the book. (God help me).<br />
I am excited having joined a group with wonderful ladies who have a similar mindset like mine. They are motivated to be bombshells with those rocking bikini bodies. Who says only models and celebrities can afford to have those sizzling bodies alone? It`s all a matter of planning and sticking to the plan. And this planning starts in the mind.... decide, action... then reaction voila!.<br />
So ladies, lets make this a marked decision for each one of us and as we fight through this emotional journey towards loosing weight, lets not forget we are not alone but we have each other for support.<br />
I am excited about this.. I think we all are.<br />
Watch out this space for my everyday diet plan 2014 :)<br />

This is my diet diary day 5.<br />

For breakfast I had a bowl of muesli cereals and a cup of tea. <br />

For lunch I had salmon with rocket salad and a little potato mash. <br />
<br />
I skipped snacks but instead I had a cup of tea.<br />
<br />
For dinner, I had Scottish salmon again with couscous and spinach.<br />
<br />
Later I had a cup of tea again and a handful cranberry seeds as I watched TV.<br />
<br />

I had a bowl of cereals for breakfast with semi skimmed milk, and a cup of tea.<br />

For lunch, I had chicken noodles and a bar of weight watchers apple biscuit.<br />

For dinner, I had fried goat with spinach and coriander with rice and a glass of cold milk and water thereafter.<br />
<br />

Today has been brilliant:-).<br />
I had a bowl of fruit muesli with half fat natural yoghurt, and a cup of tea.<br />
<br />
I was working today so no much to choose for lunch but I managed to buy a vegetable steak bake from Greggs. Then I added Apple rice pudding, a handful of cranberry seeds and water.<br />
<br />
I had a bottle of orange lucozade for snack.<br />
<br />
For dinner, I had chicken, prawns and vegetable noodle stir fry, a handful of cranberry seeds and a cup of tea. <br />
<br />
That's all for today folks, I will be updating tomorrows diet diary and telling you more on how am coping.<br />

Hello there again,<br />

Today was no exception but tried to limit some habits I talked about yesterday.<br />
<br />
I started the day with a latte and a croissant.<br />
<br />
Had fried goat with spinach and brown rice.<br />
<br />
Had nothing to snack and dinner had chicken, peas with gravy. After, I had a cup of tea and a handful of dried cranberries.<br />
<br />
I feel good and am planning to attend gym one day a week and see if my new clothes are going to complement my new size.<br />
<br />
I look forward to sharing tomorrow's diet plan diary again and let you know how am doing. <br />

I am writing this post at 21:49 pm London time.<br />

As promised in yesterday's blog post, I decided to enter a 2 weeks healthy diet plan and provide a day to day diary of my progress. <br />
<br />
Sure enough, am keeping my word.. I started my day with a coffee latte.... I know :-(, and a chocolate brownie. Remember I promised to be honest about this and I am.<br />
<br />
For lunch I had white rice with green grams and after a cup of tea. Lol..!! What a start!<br />
<br />
I skipped snacking and for dinner, I had grilled chicken, baby potatoes with green beans with salsa sauce. I had a fruit yoghurt for pudding and a glass of sprite:-(. After, I had a handful of dried cranberry seeds while watching TV.<br />
<br />
To cap it all, I had a very big cup of tea. I might admit, am ashamed of this start. That, I may say wasn't a very pretty meal for someone trying to loose weight and neither was it too bad.<br />
<br />
I will try to make it sane tomorrow by choosing good healthy food and eliminating some extra addictive behaviours like drinking coffee and tea.<br />

My Decision From Now.<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">Well folks, writing from where I left on my previous post, I have decided to follow a proper diet to begin with. I just woke up this morning and decided to come up with a way of loosing weight and preventing adding up more.<br />
As I had proclaimed being in agony and experiencing pressure to stay fit, I don't want this to be an excuse from now on. At least I can try.<br />
So, to begin with, am going to cut on all the crap things I was get used to that were expanding my waist.<br />
Snacking is the first thing to eat in moderation. <br />
I am going to choose something with less calories and fruits.<br />
Then another thing I have a weakness for is extra rich puddings and wine.<br />
If I have to go for a pudding, I will stick to low fat yoghurt and only treat myself to a rich one occasionally. <br />
Same thing applies to wine.... No more wine each and every weekend for me. Once occasionally will do me good.<br />
Those were my guilt pleasures I needed to tame for my diet.<br />
Having said that, I will go on for 2 weeks and I will update you on my progress everyday and tell you if there are any results. <br />
I will follow a strict but healthy diet and honestly tell you on any weaknesses I will be experiencing. Ta ta ra!!! Here I go.!<br />
