Hi everyone.
Today has been brilliant:-).
I had a bowl of fruit muesli with half fat natural yoghurt, and a cup of tea.
I was working today so no much to choose for lunch but I managed to buy a vegetable steak bake from Greggs. Then I added Apple rice pudding, a handful of cranberry seeds and water.
I had a bottle of orange lucozade for snack.
For dinner, I had chicken, prawns and vegetable noodle stir fry, a handful of cranberry seeds and a cup of tea.
That's all for today folks, I will be updating tomorrows diet diary and telling you more on how am coping.
