Diet diary day 1 2014

Hi all
I am starting my diet diary again from where I left 2 years ago. I decided to reduce my food portion to begin with and this helped me loose weight greatly. With the new year beginning, I have decided to eat very healthily, this means more vegetables and fruits and less carbs.
The agenda: juicing and more juicing. Juicing fruits and raw vegetables. This is because I want to benefit from the inside to the outside. My focus, a more glowing skin, less kilos, stronger nails, and shinier hair.

19/01/2014 Diet

  • I had a cup of tea and a bowl of weetabix before going to church.
  • After church, I prepared a smoothie comprising of banana, pawpaw, apple and pineapple which I put in the fridge for later.
  • For lunch, I had some spinach and prawn and noodle soup
  • Had some cashew nuts with a glass of wine
  • Drunk my smoothie for my snack
  • For dinner, I had chilli con cane which was quite heavy with another glass of wine.
  • A bottle of water later as I go to bed   
Surely, was there much health in  that diet today?? not that much but at least, I have been honest about it.!
Looking forward to having more discipline from tomorrow and hope I can stick to it.
That`s all folks, I`m now going to do some sit ups, lunges and squats.

2014 Diet Plan

Hello 2014!
This is the year I have marked to follow my diet plan to the book. (God help me).
I am excited having joined a group with wonderful ladies who have a similar mindset like mine. They are motivated to be bombshells with those rocking bikini bodies. Who says only models and celebrities can afford to have those sizzling bodies alone? It`s all a matter of planning and sticking to the plan. And this planning starts in the mind.... decide, action... then reaction voila!.
So ladies, lets make this a marked decision for each one of us and as we fight through this emotional journey towards loosing weight, lets not forget we are not alone but we have each other for support.
I am excited about this.. I think we all are.
Watch out this space for my everyday diet plan 2014 :)

Diet Diary Day 5

Hi everyone,

This is my diet diary day 5.

For breakfast I had a bowl of muesli cereals and a cup of tea.

For lunch I had salmon with rocket salad and a little potato mash.

I skipped snacks but instead I had a cup of tea.

For dinner, I had Scottish salmon again with couscous and spinach.

Later I had a cup of tea again and a handful cranberry seeds as I watched TV.

That's all there was, I will update you more on my next diary.

Diet Diary Day 4

Hi again,

Today's diet plan wasn't exceptional either.

I had a bowl of cereals for breakfast with semi skimmed milk, and a cup of tea.

For lunch, I had chicken noodles and a bar of weight watchers apple biscuit.

For dinner, I had fried goat with spinach and coriander with rice and a glass of cold milk and water thereafter.

Am going to bed now coz it's after midnight and the reason I have posted a short and quick post. Bless.

Diet Diary day 3

Hi everyone.

Today has been brilliant:-).
I had a bowl of fruit muesli with half fat natural yoghurt, and a cup of tea.

I was working today so no much to choose for lunch but I managed to buy a vegetable steak bake from Greggs. Then I added Apple rice pudding, a handful of cranberry seeds and water.

I had a bottle of orange lucozade for snack.

For dinner, I had chicken, prawns and vegetable noodle stir fry, a handful of cranberry seeds and a cup of tea.
