Today's diet plan wasn't exceptional either.
I had a bowl of cereals for breakfast with semi skimmed milk, and a cup of tea.
For lunch, I had chicken noodles and a bar of weight watchers apple biscuit.
For dinner, I had fried goat with spinach and coriander with rice and a glass of cold milk and water thereafter.
