This is my diet diary day 5.
For breakfast I had a bowl of muesli cereals and a cup of tea.
For lunch I had salmon with rocket salad and a little potato mash.
I skipped snacks but instead I had a cup of tea.
For dinner, I had Scottish salmon again with couscous and spinach.
Later I had a cup of tea again and a handful cranberry seeds as I watched TV.
That's all there was, I will update you more on my next diary.
