Diet Diary Day 2

Hello there again,

Today was no exception but tried to limit some habits I talked about yesterday.

I started the day with a latte and a croissant.

Had fried goat with spinach and brown rice.

Had nothing to snack and dinner had chicken, peas with gravy. After, I had a cup of tea and a handful of dried cranberries.

I feel good and am planning to attend gym one day a week and see if my new clothes are going to complement my new size.

I look forward to sharing tomorrow's diet plan diary again and let you know how am doing.

I hope I can hear some comments about how you think of my diet plan and share with us more of what you think I can do better. Bless.

Diet Diary Day 1

Hello.

I am writing this post at 21:49 pm London time.

As promised in yesterday's blog post, I decided to enter a 2 weeks healthy diet plan and provide a day to day diary of my progress.

Sure enough, am keeping my word.. I started my day with a coffee latte.... I know :-(, and a chocolate brownie. Remember I promised to be honest about this and I am.

For lunch I had white rice with green grams and after a cup of tea. Lol..!! What a start!

I skipped snacking and for dinner, I had grilled chicken, baby potatoes with green beans with salsa sauce. I had a fruit yoghurt for pudding and a glass of sprite:-(. After, I had a handful of dried cranberry seeds while watching TV.

To cap it all, I had a very big cup of tea. I might admit, am ashamed of this start. That, I may say wasn't a very pretty meal for someone trying to loose weight and neither was it too bad.

I will try to make it sane tomorrow by choosing good healthy food and eliminating some extra addictive behaviours like drinking coffee and tea.

My Diet Diary.... My Decision From Now.

Well folks, writing from where I left on my previous post, I have decided to follow a proper diet to begin with. I just woke up this morning and decided to come up with a way of loosing weight and preventing adding up more.
As I had proclaimed being in agony and experiencing pressure to stay fit, I don't want this to be an excuse from now on. At least I can try.
So, to begin with, am going to cut on all the crap things I was get used to that were expanding my waist.
Snacking is the first thing to eat in moderation.
I am going to choose something with less calories and fruits.
Then another thing I have a weakness for is extra rich puddings and wine.
If I have to go for a pudding, I will stick to low fat yoghurt and only treat myself to a rich one occasionally.
Same thing applies to wine.... No more wine each and every weekend for me. Once occasionally will do me good.
Those were my guilt pleasures I needed to tame for my diet.
Having said that, I will go on for 2 weeks and I will update you on my progress everyday and tell you if there are any results.
I will follow a strict but healthy diet and honestly tell you on any weaknesses I will be experiencing. Ta ta ra!!! Here I go.!

Why do I have a feeling like I am the only one feeling the pressure to stay fit?
Lets all agree it`s not easy following the right diet and keeping a religious follow up on exercises. I in particular, I am a very lazy person. The only thing that helps me is trying to watch what I eat and I do walk a lot.

But I have to admit I have been fighting with the need to eat anything and I just can`t Help it. As my years progress, so does my desire to eat anything.

It`s hard when you come to dress to go out and those lovely dresses that used to hug your lovely curves now can`t even pass through... without a tear and if they manage to, they are so tight and uncomfortable.
