Diet Diary Day 2

Hello there again,

Today was no exception but tried to limit some habits I talked about yesterday.

I started the day with a latte and a croissant.

Had fried goat with spinach and brown rice.

Had nothing to snack and dinner had chicken, peas with gravy. After, I had a cup of tea and a handful of dried cranberries.

I feel good and am planning to attend gym one day a week and see if my new clothes are going to complement my new size.

I look forward to sharing tomorrow's diet plan diary again and let you know how am doing.

I hope I can hear some comments about how you think of my diet plan and share with us more of what you think I can do better. Bless.

Diet Diary Day 1

I am writing this post at 21:49 pm London time.

As promised in yesterday's blog post, I decided to enter a 2 weeks healthy diet plan and provide a day to day diary of my progress.

Sure enough, am keeping my word.. I started my day with a coffee latte.... I know :-(, and a chocolate brownie. Remember I promised to be honest about this and I am.

For lunch I had white rice with green grams and after a cup of tea. Lol..!! What a start!

I skipped snacking and for dinner, I had grilled chicken, baby potatoes with green beans with salsa sauce. I had a fruit yoghurt for pudding and a glass of sprite:-(. After, I had a handful of dried cranberry seeds while watching TV.

To cap it all, I had a very big cup of tea. I might admit, am ashamed of this start. That, I may say wasn't a very pretty meal for someone trying to loose weight and neither was it too bad.

I will try to make it sane tomorrow by choosing good healthy food and eliminating some extra addictive behaviours like drinking coffee and tea.

That's it for now folks, I look forward to updating you with more of my diary for day 2.

My Diet Diary.... My Decision From Now.

Well folks, writing from where I left on my previous post, I have decided to follow a proper diet to begin with. I just woke up this morning and decided to come up with a way of loosing weight and preventing adding up more.
As I had proclaimed being in agony and experiencing pressure to stay fit, I don't want this to be an excuse from now on. At least I can try.
So, to begin with, am going to cut on all the crap things I was get used to that were expanding my waist.
Snacking is the first thing to eat in moderation.
I am going to choose something with less calories and fruits.
Then another thing I have a weakness for is extra rich puddings and wine.
If I have to go for a pudding, I will stick to low fat yoghurt and only treat myself to a rich one occasionally.
Same thing applies to wine.... No more wine each and every weekend for me. Once occasionally will do me good.
Those were my guilt pleasures I needed to tame for my diet.
Having said that, I will go on for 2 weeks and I will update you on my progress everyday and tell you if there are any results.
I will follow a strict but healthy diet and honestly tell you on any weaknesses I will be experiencing. Ta ta ra!!! Here I go.!

Watching Your Weight This Summer?

Why do I have a feeling like I am the only one feeling the pressure to stay fit?
Lets all agree it`s not easy following the right diet and keeping a religious follow up on exercises. I in particular, I am a very lazy person. The only thing that helps me is trying to watch what I eat and I do walk a lot.

But I have to admit I have been fighting with the need to eat anything and I just can`t Help it. As my years progress, so does my desire to eat anything.

It`s hard when you come to dress to go out and those lovely dresses that used to hug your lovely curves now can`t even pass through... without a tear and if they manage to, they are so tight and uncomfortable.

My blogs are here to provide tips, share our agonies and success of achieving our goals in watching our weight. How can we do this? In my next blog, I will be sharing some top notch secrets towards this.

Easy Healthy Ways To Loose Weight

Let’s talk about a subject that is a concern to most women...ok let’s dealwith it, all women.

Do you want to know how to lose weight? Here are a few simple tips to assistyou, even if you just want to lose a few pounds.

Always consume your breakfast! Your mother was right when she told you thatbreakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your body has been deprived offood since the night before, and you need to feed it every morning to get yourmetabolism going. Start burning fat every morning by employing this easy tip.Provide your metabolism with the energy it requires, and it will do its job.Begin with smart selections. This is the best time to have your fibre. You havethe remainder of the day to burn the calories off. Good fibre choices are purehealthy grains, such as those located in cereal. However, be very careful aboutyour cereal choices, as many are loaded with sugar. Consume a piece of fruit, not just the juice. Fruit is a great choice to get your fibre. Fibre gives youthat 'full' feeling.

Since we are talking about fibre, now is a good time to tell you that youneed to raise the quantity of fibre you eat. Studies show that you need to haveat least 25 grams of fibre daily. In addition to fruits, you need to eatvegetables. If you do not have time to consume 3 balanced meals per day, thentake a fibre supplement every day. Choose whole wheat breads, instead of white.Avoid anything that is 'white' (such as rice, potatoes, white bread, etc.)

You're going to like this one! Snacks are a must! You want to have inbetween meal snacks to rev up your metabolism. You need to keep that firestoked, so you are continually burning fat. The best snack choice is protein, not fruits or veggies. Attempt to eat your fruits and veggies only at mealtimes. Have a small piece of cheese, a hard-boiled egg or a lean slice of meat. This satisfies your cravings, and will give your body the energy needed to keepon burning.

This will shock you! Eat some good fat daily. Not every fat is bad for you.Your body needs some good fat daily to process some vitamins. I'm not tellingyou to go out and consume all the fried food you can get your hands on (thoseare "bad' fats). But preparing your meats or veggies with a small quantityof olive oil is really good for you. Fish has a great deal of the 'good' fat aswell. The omega fatty acids that are found in fish have great health benefits,as well as being great for your skin and hair. If you do not enjoy fish, take aomega fatty acid supplement instead. White fish is your best bet, but a smallportion of salmon is also fine. Salmon is the fattiest of the fishes, but it isstill a smart choice in reasonable amounts.

Down your water! Everyone understands that they ought to drink water, but veryfew actually do consume enough every day. You can't substitute diet soda foryour 8 daily glasses of water. Diet sodas contain sodium, caffeine, andartificial sweeteners that are unhealthy for you. Some people have difficulttime drinking plain water; they will put lemon wedges into their water, to makeit tastier to drink. This not only tastes good, but helps to cleanse thesystem. I know this tip is not unexpected, but it is one of the most importantfor losing weight.

Stay away from alcohol. It stimulates your appetite, and is packed withempty calories. Your fat burning diminishes, because it also slows down yourmetabolism. Instead have a sparkling water with a twist of lemon or lime in apretty wine glass.

Do not wait! Use the tips above to begin losing your weight today. You havezero to lose but your fat. Start Losing Fat Today!
